The Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors will consider accepting a report from County staff on a 2026 ballot measure to renew the County’s Urban Limit Line (ULL). Staff will provide a summary of public outreach and comments received since the last meeting on the ULL in February, summarize recommended components of the 2026 ULL ballot measure, and present an updated series of maps illustrating potential ULL adjustments.
