Many of the participants who joined us at the Contra Costa Centre community meeting were residents of the Kingston Place cul-de-sac very interested in the General Plan land use designation and zoning designations of their properties. They also described a vision for the future of the Contra Costa Centre area as a whole that is:

·         Cutting edge

·         Mixed use

·         Friendly

·         Walkable and bikeable, with outdoor spaces to eat and enjoy

·         Connected to trails, parks, schools, and transit

·         Sustainable

·         Higher density
